We deliver our flowers first come first serve.

Deliveries are made daily from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Rush Delivery: Please call (346-298-2074) to check availability for same day delivery before PLACING your order ONLINE.

Next Day Delivery: Every order online from Pétale de Rose must be place before 6:00PM for next day delivery.

Delivery Time: Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, please add in the note box your time frame for delivery preferences and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

We strongly recommend to place your orders at least 72 hours in advance before any major holidays, to avoid any delays.

Return Policy

All sales concluded at Pétale de Rose are final. Unfortunately, Petale de Rose does not accept returns for any of our products. We will try our best to substitute any item based on our products and our availability.

Please keep in mind that our fresh roses and flowers are perishable and they have a life of their own.
